At Michael & Emily Vancouver, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the return policy below carefully.

Return Eligibility
Returns can only be requested after the item has been successfully delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached. Trying on items is permitted, but items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Please note that placing orders for multiple sizes or variations with the intention of returning part of the order is not supported under our policy.

Return Shipping & Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes any shipping fees, customs duties, or handling costs that may apply.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing return shipments.

To maintain our pricing and offer competitive deals, we operate through an international fulfillment network. As a result, returns are processed through our central return facility (located overseas, including Asia/China), which may result in higher return shipping costs compared to domestic returns.

Return Process
To initiate a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via:

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the correct return address.

Please do not send items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

After receiving the return instructions, you are responsible for shipping the item back within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund Policy
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Alternative Solutions
Before initiating a return, we encourage customers to contact us. In many cases, we can offer a faster and more convenient solution, such as a replacement or partial refund, without the need to return the item.

Liability & Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please notify us within 24 hours. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
