Return Policy

At Michael & Emily Vancouver, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. This document outlines our return policy clearly.

Return Conditions

  • You may only request a return after physically receiving the item.

  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them is not allowed.

  • Ordering products in multiple sizes with the intention of returning (partially) is not allowed.

Return Process

  1. Notify us of your return via info@michaelandemilyvancouver.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. You will return the item at your own cost, including any customs or shipping fees.

  4. We always recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

Refund

Once the item has been received at the return address and the condition of the product has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, the responsibility lies with the customer.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
